This is a list of the keywords that may be used for Output Queue selection. You may also select from the list of available output queues on your system.
*EMAILPCL Routing for Mail, Fax Or Print : convert the iDocs merge output to PCL and email it (if Smart Routing Mail or *TOADDRESS is defined in form) or fax or print
*EMAILPDF Routing for Mail, Fax Or Print: convert the iDocs merge output to PDF and email it (if Smart Routing or *TOADDRESS is defined in form) or fax or print
*EMAILTEXT Text Email Target: merge the spool data with text overlay and output of merge is used as email body of Smart Routing Mail. In Text overlay, the mapping field variable is defined by ‘&’ character and they will be replaced by spool data of respective mapping fields.
*EMAILTIF Routing for Mail, Fax Or Print: : convert the iDocs merge output to TIF and email it (if Smart Routing Mail or *TOADDRESS is defined in form) or fax or print
*EMAILXLS Merge & Route as XLS file: merge spool data with XLS overlay and output the XLS as attachment of Smart Routing mail. XLS overlay is specified in Overlay field of form definition, and in XLS, the mapping field is identified by character ‘&’
*FAX Smart Routing for Fax & Print
*FORMDEF Output queue from Form Definition; used in resulting queue of engine definition to tell engine/merge process that the resulting queue specified in form definition is used as resulting queue for engine/manual merge.
*IFSXLS Merge XLS overlay file with Spool data and output XLS to IFS folder. User can define a XLS template as overlay into iDocs form with mapping fields, and merge spool file data with XLS. (V6.88)
*PRINT Smart routing for Print only
*TABLE DB2 table target
*USRDTA Use output queue from spooled file user data
*USRPRF (User Profile) Will signify that the current user's default output queue will be used as the distribution output queue.
